Prices cover serviced areas under half an acre. Larger areas take more time: add $7 a visit over half an acre, $12 over an acre, $17 over an acre and a half. That's based on the area we actually clean, not your lot size, and you'll know your price before the first visit, never after. Veterans and teachers save 10%.
