The Poo Force Promise

The Poo Force Promise

We don't just promise. We show up.

Nine years of serving Twin Cities families has taught us something simple: doing a great job matters, but how you respond when something goes wrong matters just as much.

Our guarantee

If something's not right, we fix it.

Our promise isn't that nothing ever goes wrong. It's that when something needs attention, we take care of it.

Something missed?

We'll come back and make it right at no additional charge.

Already cleaned it up yourself?

We'll refund that visit.

No runaround. No excuses. Just people who stand behind their work.

What makes us different

Real people. Real answers. No runaround.

When you contact Poo Force, you're reaching our local team, not a corporate call center. We're directly involved in the business, and when something needs attention, we take responsibility for making it right.

No getting passed from person to person. No waiting for someone to take ownership. Just straight answers, dependable service, and a team that stands behind every cleanup.

We show up.

We come on your scheduled day, all year round, and text you before every visit, so you're never left wondering.

We communicate.

Call or text and you'll reach our local team, people who know the business and can actually help. No phone trees, no ticket numbers.

We make it right.

Miss something? We come back at no charge. Already cleaned it up yourself? We refund that visit.

Nine years of showing up

Our reputation is personal.

We didn't build Poo Force by making the biggest promises. We built it by showing up, doing the work, and taking care of our neighbors.

It started with two brothers, a bucket and a rake. Today we're a family-owned team serving 130 cities across the Twin Cities. We're not a franchise, so our name is on every yard we clean. Nine years later, that's still how we run things.

The details

Questions about the promise

What's covered, how to reach us, and how the promise fits with our pricing and welcome offer.

Does Poo Force offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. If we miss something during your cleanup, let us know and we'll return to make it right at no additional charge. If you've already cleaned up what we missed, we'll refund that visit. It comes with every cleanup, so there's nothing extra to buy and no claim form to fill out.

How do I report a problem with a cleanup?

Call or text the Poo Force number you normally use, or our main line at (651) 243-0851. You'll reach our local team, not a call center. There's no strict deadline, but the sooner you tell us, the easier it is to come back while it's fresh and put it right.

What does the Poo Force Promise cover?

The quality of any cleanup we do, whether it's your recurring service, a spring cleaning or a one-time cleanup. If we missed waste we should have picked up, we come back at no charge, or refund that visit if you already took care of it.

What isn't covered?

Things outside our control: a visit skipped for heavy snow or bad roads, a locked gate we couldn't get through, a dog that wasn't safe to work around, or a dog that was still using the yard while we were there. Snow skips have their own rule: whatever we don't get one week we get the next, and weekly clients are billed at the bi-weekly rate for those two weeks. More on winter in our FAQ.

Does the guarantee cost extra?

No. It's part of every visit. For one dog on a yard under an eighth of an acre, once-weekly service starts at $17.95 a visit, every other week at $27.95, and twice weekly at $15.95, our lowest per-visit rate. More dogs and bigger yards cost more. See what weekly service costs for two dogs, get your exact price in the instant estimator, or see every price on the recurring service page. A spring cleaning starts at $109.

Is the promise the same as a contract?

No. A guarantee is a promise about the quality of the work. A contract locks you into a term, and sometimes a cancellation fee. We don't have contracts. Change your frequency or cancel whenever you like. Recurring service is billed monthly on auto-pay, and a card goes on file to begin service.

How is the promise different from the free first cleanup?

They're two separate things. The promise is about fixing a cleanup that wasn't right. The free first cleanup is a welcome offer for new customers who start a recurring plan. That first visit on a yard that hasn't been touched in a while is often the biggest job of the week, so it comes with starting a schedule rather than being a standalone trial. There's still no contract, no minimum number of visits and no cancellation fee. If you'd rather not start a schedule, book a one-time cleanup instead, and the price is confirmed before we come out.

What should I ask any dog poop removal company before hiring them?

A few questions make it easy to compare companies:

  • Do you actually service my suburb? Plenty of companies advertise metro-wide but only run routes in part of it. Here are the 130 cities we cover.
  • How do I report a missed spot, and how fast do you respond?
  • Is your guarantee a return visit, a refund, or both?
  • Does it cover one-time cleanups too?
  • What happens to the waste? Ours is double-bagged and placed in your own trash can.
  • How do you make sure the gate is closed before you leave?
  • Is the price per visit or per month, and are there extra-dog or yard-size fees on top?

The short version

  • If we miss something, we come back and make it right at no additional charge. If you've already cleaned it up yourself, we refund that visit.
  • Call or text us. You'll reach our local team, and there's no strict deadline to report a problem.
  • It covers any cleanup we do: recurring, spring and one-time.
  • A guarantee is not a contract. We have no contracts, minimum terms or cancellation fees.
  • The free first cleanup is a separate welcome offer that comes with starting a recurring plan.
  • Once weekly starts at $17.95 a visit, every other week at $27.95, twice weekly at $15.95.
  • Waste is double-bagged and placed in your own trash can. We don't haul it away.
