How much does service cost?
Once-weekly service starts at $17.95 a visit for one dog on a yard under 1/8 acre, and twice weekly starts at $15.95. Two dogs once a week starts at $22.95. Your exact price depends on how many dogs you have, how often we come and the size of your yard, and the price builder at the top of this page shows it before you share any contact details.
Does Poo Force offer a free first cleanup?
Yes. New customers who start a recurring plan in Richfield get their first cleanup free. That first visit on a yard that hasn't been scooped in a while is often the biggest job of the week, so it comes with starting a regular schedule rather than being a standalone trial. There's still no contract, no minimum number of visits and no cancellation fee.
Do you service my part of Richfield?
We cover all of Richfield along with Minneapolis, St. Paul and 130 cities across the metro. If you're not sure about your street, ask us directly.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. There's no contract and no hidden fees. You can change or cancel your service anytime.
What if I'm not happy with a cleanup?
Not happy with your cleanup? Let us know and we'll come back to make it right at no charge. If you've already cleaned up what we missed, we'll refund your visit.
Is there a discount for veterans or teachers?
Yes. Veterans and teachers save 10% on every service. Just let us know when you sign up.
How does yard size affect my price?
Our rates are based on a yard between 1/8 and 1/2 acre. Smaller yards, up to 1/8 acre, save $2 a visit. Yards from 1/2 to 1 acre add $4, 1 to 1.5 acres add $8, and 1.5 to 2 acres add $10. Anything over 2 acres gets a custom quote.
Can you haul the waste away?
No. We bag everything up and leave it in your own trash can, so it goes out with your regular garbage.
Do I need to be home?
Nope, never. As long as we can get into the yard, you don't need to be home for any visit, including the first one. We'll close the gate behind us every time.
Do you scoop in the winter?
Yes, all year, snow included. Minnesota winters don't stop your dog, so they don't stop us either.
